Buy items with very caution and cross verify the price tags again and again when you pay. The price tag say one $59.99 and other below items don’t have price tags and the item actually costs $189.99. So i got confused and thought the item is $59.99 and purchased them, but actually costs for the item is $189.99. I saw the receipt after i left the shop. I came back and said the price tags have different price. The clerk told that they don’t have tags for all the items, you need to check the price before buying. Once you pay the bill they won’t refund. Please check the price again and again and cross verify with the price with the clerk before you buy any item, because they don’t have the price tags for many items and you will get confused. The 50 percent discount is not the actual discount. They hiked the price and giving you the discount. When you compare with other stores the discount price is actually more than the actual price in other store.

All employees were extremely pleasant to work with. Especially Chris! Very knowledgeable. Stood by our side the whole time and was polite/patient. He understood that we were on a budget and helped us with a selection to get the best bang for the buck. Thanks again Chris!

Fireworks are legal where I live but our local stands charge outrageous prices for super basic sparklers and fountains. I was looking for small fireworks like...things that stay under 100 ft off the ground. They have those but most of the store has big display fireworks. There's a descent mix of stuff. I Learned it's worth my time to make the drive to PA and shop there. Phantom has a good selection and they had a few deals. There's another shop across the street and they do a good job of offering competitive sales with varied selections. You'll probably end up buying stuff from both stores. Got some things at half price and everything else was buy 1 get 1 for $1. Positive I got four times what I would have gotten locally and they will be way more exciting!

This was my first time visiting this location. The gentleman who helped me was great! He was very knowledgeable. I was looking for specific items and colors for our football homecoming game. It all worked perfectly!

These guys have always taken care of us! There was an issue of our coupon not applying properly, and Rusty, Theresa, and Joe all did a phenomenal job of working it out and making sure they did right by us while staying within their policy. Great deals and great customer service. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome I feel like a kid in a candy store in there lol people are very helpful and very nice. You can actually scan the little thing on the packages and watch a video showing what the fireworks look like when they're set off. Prices and specials are really good also. Definitely worth the two hour drive.

I was really disappointed by the service at Phantom when I went last week. I was not helped by any employees and I tried to ask for help multiple times. I came in to buy shells for my boyfriend and walked out with nothing. The selection was okay, but everything blended together and I couldn’t tell the difference between products. Employees would walk past me and say nothing despite me trying to talk to them. The cashier & front desk people were great but the salespeople were disappointing. The sales weren’t all that great either, really expensive. I went to another store close by and it was much cheaper.
